Job summary

Request Foods is seeking a Pallet Sorter (Level 3) for the 2nd shift in Holland, MI. The starting pay is $21.00 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift premium. This role supports Shipping/Receiving by repairing pallets, restacking bins, and maintaining dock organization while following safety procedures.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification or the ability to obtain it, and basic math skills. Strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Repair pallets and restack bins.
• Maintain docks in orderly fashion.
• Housekeeping duties in warehouse.
• Clean and maintain battery area.
• Monitor batteries and watering.
• Ensure safety procedures for forklift operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
