Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is hiring for a Pallet Sorters role in our Lincolnton, GA warehouse. You will sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade, inspect for repair needs, and help meet production goals while upholding strict quality and safety standards.

You should be comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs, familiar with pallet jacks, and able to work Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm. Training for forklift operation is provided, and we offer strong benefits including health, PTO, 401k/ESOP, and

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pallet handling and basic pallet jack use.
• Forklift training or certification offered could be provided on site.
• Good physical stamina for repetitive lifting and standing.
• Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.

We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team as Pallet Sorters — a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely.

What You’ll Do

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You Bring

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
