48forty Solutions, LLC in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Pallet Repairer to build and repair wooden pallets from fresh or recycled wood. This is a piece-rate position with hourly base pay of $16.00 plus piece rate, and two shift options: 1st shift 6:00 AM–2:00 PM Monday–Friday and 2nd shift 3:00 PM–11:30 PM Sunday–Thursday.

You will handle pallet assembly with a nail gun, stack pallets for forklift operators, and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift pallets up to 50 lbs.
• Previous lumber/warehouse/construction experience preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime.
• Strong attention to detail and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Receive wood and assemble pallets with nail gun.
• Stack finished pallets for forklift movement.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain high output with quality standards.
