48forty Solutions is seeking a Pallet Repairer in Fayetteville, AR. This is a piece-rate, hourly position with $16.00/hr base pay plus potential enhancements.

Daily responsibilities include assembling pallets from new or recycled wood, inspecting quality, and coordinating with forklift operators. The role requires physical strength and a safety minded approach, with opportunities for overtime and benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Previous lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive wood from saw shop and assemble pallets with a nail gun.
• Stack finished pallets for forklift movement to the appropriate areas.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain high quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
