CHEP in Jacksonville is seeking Pallet Repair Operators to support our fast-paced supply chain operations. You will repair pallets, operate a pneumatic nail gun, and meet daily production targets while frequently handling up to 75 pounds.

We offer competitive pay and benefits with 1st and 2nd shift options. The role includes a wage of $20.30/hour with a $0.75 shift differential, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits after 60 days of employment.

Qualifications

• These positions require constant standing, bending, stooping, walking and the ability to lift and handle material up to 75 pounds or more frequently throughout the day.
• Observance of all safety rules and regulations in a labor-intensive environment.

Responsabilités

• Use of pneumatic nail gun to repair or assemble pallets and replace defective boards.
• Repair entails placing pallets on repair table and handling boards/hardware.
• Troubleshoot jams and perform basic maintenance of saws and equipment.
