Qualifications

• Familiarity with operation and maintenance of hand and production tools such as pneumatic nail gun.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Desirable: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in production support or materials handling in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic understanding of quality control procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Nail Removal: Identify and remove damaged or protruding nails from pallets using appropriate tools.
• Board Replacement: Evaluate pallets, replace defective boards, ensure proper alignment and structural integrity.
• Adding Missing Pieces: Identify missing/loose pieces and attach or replace using hand tools to restore pallet functionality.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols and wear PPE; report hazards to supervisors.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect repaired pallets to meet quality and safety standards; report deviations.
