Responsibilities

Nail removal: identify and remove damaged nails from pallets using appropriate tools.
Board replacement: evaluate pallets and replace defective boards with new ones.
Adding missing pieces: identify and attach missing or loose pieces using hand tools.
Safety and compliance: follow safety protocols and wear PPE as required; report hazards.
Quality assurance: inspect repaired pallets for quality and safety standards.
