Job summary

Terzo Enterprises is a logistics company focused on the repair, refurbishment and re-manufacturing of pallets. We are seeking a hands-on worker for the 1st shift to inspect, repair and maintain pallet quality.

You will use basic tools to remove damaged boards, correct defects, and ensure pallets meet customer specifications. The role may require overtime, weekend work, and physical effort in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to lift 75–85 lb pallets.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Inspect pallets visually for defects and compliance with specs.
• Remove damaged boards with pry bar/hammer and replace as needed.
• Correct nail-related issues and ensure integrity of pallets.
• Maintain quality control station and assist with jams troubleshooting.
