Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• Ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel ~75% within the assigned region.
• Working knowledge of warehouse solutions and racking systems.

Responsibilities

• CAD design and modeling of racking systems using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or rack design software.
• Calculate weight loads, seismic forces, stress tolerances, and stability for pallet rack systems.
• Ensure designs meet Rack Manufacturers Institute standards, local codes, and AISI specs.
• Prepare engineering calculation packets and drawings for building permit submissions.
• Collaborate with sales, project managers, and installation crews to refine designs.
• Review manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and layout configurations prior to production.
