Job summary

DigiKey Electronics is seeking a Pallet Picking Associate to support outbound operations at our Minnesota facility, handling pick, pack and ship duties. You will locate, retrieve and move product, operate RF devices and lifting equipment, and collaborate to meet daily KPIs.

The role requires forklift certification, strong English communication, and safety-oriented teamwork in an essential onsite position with regular attendance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification obtained or provided by Digi-Key and maintained.
• Experience operating OrderPicker, Turret Truck, 8900 pallet cart and forklifts is required.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to requests.
• Maintain safety and achieve KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Locate, retrieve and move product from location to location or to production/shipping areas.
• Use of RF devices and pallet handling equipment to fulfill orders.
• Transport non-conveyable products to designated areas and expedite as needed.
• Assist in locating product to expedite workflow and ensure timely processing.
• Pick parts using handheld device guiding location. Operate PIV equipment safely.
• Maintain safety standards, participate as a team member, and uphold KPI performance.
