DigiKey Electronics is seeking a Pallet Picking Associate in Thief River Falls, MN. This is an essential onsite role supporting outbound operations—picking, packing and shipping—using RF devices and PIV equipment, with a day, evening, or 3-12 shift as posted.

Starting pay varies by shift: Day $21.00 total ($20 base + $1 allowance), Evening $24.00 ($20 base + $1 allowance + $3 differential), with seasonal/3-12 rates shown.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification required (certification provided by Digi-Key).
• Regular and exemplary use of OrderPicker, Turret Truck, 8900 (motorized Pallet cart) and Forklifts is required.
• Read, write and communicate in English; basic computer navigation and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Locate, retrieve and move product to appropriate locations on time.
• Operate Stock Picker and other PIV equipment up to 30 ft as needed for order picking.
• Transport and move product using RF devices to production, shipping, or stock areas.
• Maintain safety compliance and contribute to achieving KPI targets.

These duties primarily include Picking large Quantities and transporting product to appropriate warehouse locations and various duties as assigned.
