Job summary

DigiKey in Thief River Falls, MN is seeking a Pallet Picking Associate to support outbound operations. You will locate, retrieve, and move product, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and ensure timely processing of orders in a fast-paced warehouse.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m. This essential onsite role requires regular presence in the facility, with opportunities for shift differentials and base pay starting at $20/hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Acquire and maintain forklift certification (certification provided by Digi-Key).
• Regular and exemplary use of OrderPicker, Turret Truck, 8900 pallet cart and forklifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Locate, retrieve and move product from location to location or to production/shipping areas.
• Operate and adhere to all Power Industrial Vehicle (PIV) equipment safely.
• Transport non-conveyable product to storage/processing areas and assist in locating expedited items.
• Pick parts using handheld device directing to pick locations.
• Maintain safety standards and help meet departmental KPIs.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely flow of parts and orders.
