Job summary

DigiKey seeks a Pallet Picking Associate to support outbound logistics on-site in Minnesota. You will locate, retrieve, and move product, operate stock pickers and forklifts, and work with teams to ensure timely shipping and accuracy.

The role requires reading/writing English, basic computer use, and strong safety awareness. Relocation or sponsorship not offered; full-time schedule is Sunday to Wednesday, 6:00 p.m.–4:30 a.m., with pay starting at $20.00 per hour plus potential differentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Acquire and maintain forklift certification (provided by DigiKey).
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Positive, professional, enthusiastic outlook.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to requests.
• Resolve issues quickly and collaborate with peers/management.
• Manage time to keep flow of parts/orders moving.

• Regular and safe use of Order Picker, Turret Truck, 8900 forklift.

Responsibilities

• Locate, retrieve and move product between locations efficiently.
• Operate stock picker and forklifts following safety rules.
• Transport product to storage, packing, or shipping areas.
• Assist in locating product for expedited orders.
• Pick parts using handheld device to guide location.
• Adhere to PIV policies and equipment rules.
• Collaborate with team to meet departmental goals.
• Maintain high safety standards and KPI performance.
