Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a loading and palletization associate to build loads for bulk and route trucks. You will use a forklift or electric pallet jack to assemble pallets, ensure load accuracy, and comply with shipper/receiver documentation.

The role requires handling heavy cases daily and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Responsibilities include marking out-of-stock items, wrapping finished pallets, staging loads, and returning pallets as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment (order selector, picking, staging, powered pallet jack/forklifts).
• Experience driving a forklift and maneuvering in tight areas without damaging product.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallets per load sheet or voice pick system.
• Mark load ticket for out-of-stock items and wrap pallets when finished.
• Stage pallet/load into truck and ensure paperwork is accurate before loading.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure regular attendance.
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
