Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a warehouse associate to build pallets for bulk and route shipments. The role involves using a forklift or electronic pallet jack, following load sheets, and ensuring accurate loading and documentation.

You will handle pallet wrapping, staging loads, and reporting any stock issues, while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work area. The position requires frequent lifting (20–45 lbs), standing for long periods, and working in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Warehouse experience is helpful.
• Ability to lift 20–45 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment.
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished.
• Turn in paperwork with order for check before loading and have truck checked.
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready.
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
