Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a warehouse associate to hand-build pallets and load trucks for local deliveries. The role involves using a forklift or powered pallet jack, following load sheets, and ensuring accuracy and safe handling of products throughout shifts that may vary with workload.

Applicants should be able to lift 20–45 lb cases repeatedly and maintain a clean, safe work area in all weather conditions. Prior warehouse experience is helpful for teamwork and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred
• Able to operate forklift and pallet jack safely

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallets according to load sheet or voice pick equipment
• Wrap pallets when finished load
• Stage pallets and/or loads into trucks for delivery
• Maintain clean and organized work area and adhere to safety rules
• Regular attendance and dependability are expected
