Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a warehouse associate to hand build pallets for bulk and route trucks. You will use forklifts or pallet jacks, follow load sheets, and ensure accuracy of shipper/receiver documentation.

The role involves loading/unloading pallets, stacking, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment under varying weather and shift conditions. Typical duties include operating a pallet jack or forklift, wrapping pallets, and staging loads for local delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jacks.
• Able to lift 20–45 lbs repeatedly throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick equipment.
• Mark load tickets for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallets when finished.
• Turn in paperwork with orders for check before loading.
• Stage pallets/loads into trucks.
• Complete partial pallets and store mixed pallets.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and housekeeping.
• Maintain regular attendance.
