Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a warehouse loader to hand build pallets for bulk and route trucks. You will operate forklift and pallet jack, stack and shrink-wrap loads, and ensure accuracy of shipments and documentation.

The role requires heavy lifting and standing for long periods in varying weather and shift lengths. Responsibilities include stage and load pallets onto trucks, check paperwork, and maintain clean, safe work areas while meeting daily workload demands.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift 20–45 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered pallet jack or forklift to build pallets/load according to load sheets or voice pick.
• Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items.
• Wrap pallets when finished and stage/load into truck.
• Submit paperwork for checks before loading and have truck checked.
• Maintain proper housekeeping in the work area.
• Demonstrate regular, reliable attendance.
