Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a warehouse loader to hand-build pallets for bulk and route trucks. You will use a forklift or electronic pallet jack from an electronic order system to assemble loads, ensure accuracy, and comply with shipper/receiver documentation.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading pallets, wrapping loads, and maintaining clean, safe work areas. Must be 18+, with prior warehouse experience and ability to lift 20–45 lb cases repeatedly in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Experience in a warehouse environment including order picking, product staging, and powered pallet jacks/forklifts is helpful.
• Ability to work in varied weather conditions and lift heavy cases repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment.
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished.
• Turn in paperwork for check before loading and have truck checked.
• Stage pallet and load into truck when ready.
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
• Maintain proper housekeeping in the work area.
• Ensure regular, reliable attendance.
