Job summary

PepsiCo in Ocala, FL is looking for a warehouse loader to hand-build pallets for bulk and route trucks. The role requires constant lifting, standing, and operating a forklift or pallet jack to assemble loads according to order sheets.

You will ensure accuracy, maintain safety and housekeeping, and work with a team in a fast-paced distribution center. Prior warehouse experience and forklift skills are preferred; reliability and adherence to procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment (e.g., order picking, product staging, powered pallet jack/forklifts).
• Driving a forklift and operating pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Experience working in a team environment and cooperating with co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment.
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished.
• Turn in paper work with order for check before loading and have truck checked.
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready.
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
