Job summary

Global Finishing Solutions LLC in Osseo, WI is seeking an Assembler I to prepare products for shipment. You will build pallets and crates, follow blueprints, and use hand and pneumatic tools to create secure packaging that protects our customers’ orders.

You will read tape measurements to 1/16”, verify components against schematics, and keep tools and workspace clean. This hands-on role offers growth and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Commitment to working safely and following all safety guidelines.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and work instructions.
• Ability to report work using computer systems like IFS, CrateTracker, and Workbench.

Responsibilities

• Build pallets and standard assemblies by following blueprints and work instructions.
• Read tape measurements down to 1/16" for precise cuts.
• Use hand and pneumatic tools to assemble and secure materials.
• Verify blueprints and paperwork to ensure correct components before and during assembly.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on tools and equipment as needed.
• Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials.
