Job summary

Global Finishing Solutions is seeking an hands-on Assembler to bring custom products to life on the shop floor. You will read blueprints and schematics, assemble components with precision, and operate cranes and other equipment to move materials safely.

You will verify accuracy against prints and documentation, package finished products for shipment, and contribute to a clean, safe workspace while supporting team success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-4 years' manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to operate cranes and mobile equipment.
• Ability to assemble custom products.
• Proficiency with IFS, Sharepoint, Cratetracker.
• Ability to provide electrical wiring for standard products.

Responsibilities

• Assemble standard and custom products with quality and precision.
• Read blueprints and electrical schematics for assemblies and wiring.
• Verify prints and documentation before moving forward.
• Operate shop equipment including forklifts, cranes, and jib cranes.
• Package and prepare products for shipment using drills, saws, and power tools.
• Assist with piping systems and basic welding as needed.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Contribute to a high-quality customer experience through craftsmanship.
