Clayton Homes is seeking a hands-on Labor Associate to join our manufacturing team in Tennessee. You will assist with pallet assembly, frame preparation, and general site tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include stacking pallets, disassembling and repairing returned pallets, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while collaborating with teammates to meet daily production goals.

Qualifikationen

• Able to lift 35 lbs.
• Able to stand during entire shift and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills and abilities

• Able to lift 35 lbs.
• Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
• Must have ability to work independently and as a team member Must care about quality.
• Must be detailed oriented and work at an efficient pace.
• Must be reliable.
