Clayton, a leading single-family home builder, is recruiting for a full-time production teammate in Hillsboro, Texas. You will read order information, follow SOPs and LOTO, verify dimensions, and help move finished products with the team.

• Reads order information to identify the correct order specification.
• Operates machinery safely by following SOP's & proper LOTO procedures.
• Verifies dimensions of precut parts and accuracy of assembly, using tape measure
• Lifts finished product with team member into a rolling cart.
• Pushes material cart of completed product to designated area.
• Delivers finished product to other departments.
• Cleans and maintains equipment and surrounding area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Reads order information to identify the correct order specification.
• Operates machinery safely by following SOP's & proper LOTO procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, climb throughout the day if needed.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs, as well as other physical duties as needed.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for 8 hours per day with 2 – 20 minutes breaks in between.
• Must be able to utilize machinery.
• Must be able to lift and carry wood products.
• Must be able to communicate efficiently and clearly with other Team Members.
• Must be able to learn and follow company procedures and work instructions consistently.
• Must be able to work in an extremely fast paced environment.
• Must be able to work in extreme temperatures
