Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in software/data/platform engineering or technical delivery.
• 3+ years hands-on Palantir Foundry experience.
• Experience leading technical delivery for production systems.
• Experience with incident management and production support.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to define technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical lead for Palantir Foundry applications and data products.
• Coordinate development, support, and operational activities across streams.
• Lead implementation to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Act as primary escalation point for production incidents and RCA.
• Design and maintain data pipelines, integrations, and workflows in Foundry.
• Lead code/design reviews to promote best practices.
• Coordinate releases, deployments, and post-deployment validation.
• Mentor engineers through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data management standards.
• Partner with product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
