Responsibilities

• Train analysts/operators in classroom settings.
• Embed with user groups to understand workflows.
• Identify use-case gaps by engaging with customers on site.
• Assist users with building questions and initial dashboard products.
• Stay current on Palantir platform features and capabilities.
• Staff Help Desk and coordinate with Palantir engineering to troubleshoot issues.
• Provide timely feedback to Palantir engineering about product improvements.
• Communicate issues to Palantir team clearly and promptly.
