Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's preferred; 10+ years in architecture or enterprise software.
• Expert capability in Palantir architecture, workshop standards, lifecycle controls, release quality, reuse, maintainability, and enterprise design direction.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems and networked communication; proficient in MS Office tools; data visualization experience with Tableau/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise standards for Palantir application design and workshop architecture.
• Set ontology-backed application standards aligned with long-term product and platform strategy.
• Define standards for application supportability, configuration, and release ownership.
• Shape priorities by evaluating where Palantir applications create operational value.
• Serve as escalation point for design, release, and maintainability issues.
• Mentor senior Palantir developers and promote best practices.
