Job summary

ACE Recycling and Disposal in West Valley City, UT is seeking a PAL Body/Box Truck Driver (CDL Required). The role centers on delivering, swapping, and removing containers and coordinating with the can shop to keep routes efficient.

A CDL and safety mindset are essential for on-time performance and quality service. The position runs Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays, with starting pay at $22.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision and retirement

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Must know how to use electronic device.
• Must be able to properly lift a maximum of 70lbs with the average 20-50 pounds depending on the job activity.
• Must be able to pass an MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Drive to various locations to deliver, remove, swap, and repair containers efficiently.
• Repair wheels and lids at the location when necessary.
• Coordinate with the can shop to match workload and complete routes efficiently.
• Collaborate with drivers across departments to repair, deliver, and remove containers for different accounts.

• The primary purpose of this job Is to make sure all containers aredelivered, removed, swapped, and repaired at an efficient time.
• Most of the day is spent driving to different locations-- pickingup old containers or dropping off new containers. Repair of wheelsand lids done at location when necessary.
• Working hand in hand with the can shop to assure inventory ofcontainers created match the workload of the day and complete theroute in an efficient time.
• You will collaborate closely with drivers in every department asyou repair, deliver, and remove containers for different account
• Monday - Friday with Rotating Saturdays
• Starting pay $22.00

Experience and Skills:

• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Must know how to use electronic device.
• Must be able to do constant bending, lifting, flexing, reachingand walking.
• Must be able to properly lift a maximum of 70lbs with the averageof 20-50 pounds depending on the job activity.
