Job summary

Dover Food Retail in Richmond, VA is seeking a Material Handler I – Paint to support daily fabrication at the paint line. You will load/unload metal parts, identify parts via work orders, and help maintain zero-defect quality while promoting a safe, efficient production flow.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk most of the day, and collaborate closely with machine operators and maintenance personnel. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 12 months manufacturing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload metal parts for daily fabrication at the paint line.
• Complete daily activities to meet production goals.
• Identify parts using work order information and maintain quality standards.
