Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 12 months experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Strong, effective communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand and walk most of the work day.
• Able to reach with hands and arms; sit, stoop, kneel.
• Work with machine operators, mechanics, contractors, drivers and vendors.
• Occasional extended hours.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Loading/unloading metal parts required for daily fabrication at the paint line.
• Complete daily activities to meet production goals.
• Identify parts and descriptions using work orders.
• Maintain zero-defect quality; drive continuous improvement.
• Promote a safe work environment.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Train in manufacturing, quality, and safety.
• Communicate job status between shifts.
• Adjust to changing business requirements.
• Support continuous improvement to optimize resources and reduce costs.
