Dover Food Retail in Richmond, VA is seeking a Material Handler I – Paint to support the paint line. You will load and unload metal parts, assist with part identification from work orders, and help ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 12 months of experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Strong and effective communication.
• Able to stand, sit, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload metal parts for daily fabrication at the paint line.
• Meet daily production goals.
• Identify parts using work orders.
• Maintain high quality and zero defects.
• Promote a safe work environment.
• Complete training in manufacturing, quality, and safety practices.
• Communicate job status between shifts.
