Job summary

Spacesaver Corporation in Fort Atkinson, WI, is seeking a Paint Line Loader/Unloader to move components through the paint process with accuracy and speed. You will follow production schedules, read shop orders, and ensure proper sequencing while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading parts, packaging finished products, data entry, and ERP-based reporting. The role requires basic math, tape measure reading, and the ability to work overtime as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to pass basic math and measuring assessments.
• Familiarity with PC navigation, scanning, and data entry.
• Ability to read and comprehend English instructions.
• Skilled in reading tape measures.

• Perform quality inspections and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in other work areas as needed.
• Use Spacesaver's ERP system for shop order management and production reporting.

What We're Looking For
