Job summary

Spacesaver Corporation in Fort Atkinson, WI is seeking a Production Associate to operate pre-set machines and produce parts according to shop orders. You will read orders, maintain production pace, and ensure workmanship aligns with blueprints.

This role emphasizes safety, precision measurement, and teamwork; you will use the ERP system for order management, participate in continuous improvement, and work overtime as needed to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to pass basic math and measurement assessments.
• Familiarity with PC navigation, scanning, and data entry.
• Able to read/understand English instructions (translation available).
• Skilled in using precision measuring tools (calipers, tape measure, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

• Read and interpret electronic and written shop orders.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in other work areas.
• Work safely and adhere to scheduled hours, including overtime when required.

• Follow all safety protocols, including Lock Out Tagout and ergonomic practices.
• Read and interpret electronic and written shop orders.
• Perform quality inspections using blueprints and precision measuring tools.
• Maintain production efficiency and complete tasks according to schedules.
• Use Spacesaver’s ERP system for shop order management and reporting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in other work areas as needed.
• Always work safely and adhere to scheduled hours, including overtime when required.

What We’re Looking For
