Landscape Structures in Delano, MN is hiring for a Finisher Paintline on the 2nd shift. The role involves sanding parts by hand and with power tools, prepping surfaces for painting, and coordinating with team members to ensure quality finishes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Able to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Able to communicate with team members.
• Functions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sand parts by hand and with a power sander to remove defects before painting.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in the department.
• Use ERP system to assist in completed rework coordination.
• Work to meet Landscape Structures quality standards.
