Landscape Structures in Delano, MN, is seeking a Production Support Specialist to assist the Blast Paint Booth team. The role covers blast, wash, and painting operations with cross-training across areas to support production needs. Hours are nights: Sun-Thu 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge, preferred.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to grasp, push, pull for the majority of the shift.
• Understands lock out/tag out procedures.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train across Blast Paint Booth Operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Operate blast booth, wash booth, and painting processes.
• Load materials and maintain equipment; perform basic maintenance.
• Ensure quality and document missing or wrong parts for controls system updates.
