Job summary

Landscape Structures is seeking a Painter for the 2nd shift in Delano, MN. The role focuses on painting all items passing through the powder coat booth to meet high quality standards.

Hours are Monday through Thursday, 1:30 PM to 12:00 PM, with a $3.00 per hour shift differential and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, PTO, holidays, 401(k) and ESOP.

Qualifications

• Previous powder coat experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read prints.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manually paint each part going through the paint booth.
• Able to stand and paint all parts for extended times throughout shift.
• Good working knowledge of powder coat application.
• Able to operate all functions of the Nordson paint booth.

The essence of the painter/primer’s role is to paint all items going through the powder coat booth, while keeping a high-quality standard.

The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $3.00 per hour. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.

In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
