Landscape Structures in Delano, MN is hiring for a Finisher Paintline on the 2nd shift. The role involves sanding parts by hand and with power tools, prepping surfaces for painting, and coordinating with team members to ensure quality finishes.

POSITION SUMMARY

Using sandpaper or power sanders, ensure all parts are smooth without defect before being painted. If parts need to have paint touch-ups may also sand parts after the painting process to ensure a new coat of paint can adhere to the part.

The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $3.00 per hour. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.

In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
