Job summary

Landscape Structures Inc. in Delano, MN is seeking a Finisher Paintline on 2nd shift.

You will use sanders to ensure parts are smooth and ready for painting, with touch-up sanding when needed. This regular full-time role offers an hourly pay range of $18.50-$20.00 plus a $3.00 shift differential, profit-sharing, a monthly bonus, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability, PTO and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Able to stand for the duration of shift.

Responsibilities

• Sand parts by hand and power sander to remove defects before painting.
• Able to communicate with team members.
• Contributes to continuous improvement activities in the department.
• Use ERP system to assist in completed rework coordination.
• Works to meet LSI quality standards.
