Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning is seeking a full-time Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician in Norfolk, VA. You will remove minor dents without painting, using specialized PDR techniques, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of PDR experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. Weekend and holiday scheduling may be required. Competitive monthly commission and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 2 years of proven experience as a Paintless Dent Repair Technician or similar role.
• Valid driver''s license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Proficiency with PDR tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Willing to work in a fast paced environment with changing needs & priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform paintless dent repair on various vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs.
• Assess the extent of damage and determine the best repair techniques.
• Utilize specialized tools to massage and reshape metal panels to remove dents.
• Ensure all repairs meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers about repair status and outcomes.
• Stay updated on the latest PDR techniques and industry advancements.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
