Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning is seeking a full-time Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician in Norfolk, VA. You will remove minor dents without painting, using specialized PDR techniques, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of PDR experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. Weekend and holiday scheduling may be required. Competitive monthly commission and benefits are provided.

As a PDR Tech, you will be responsible for removing minor dents and dings from vehicle surfaces without the need for painting. This role requires high precision and expertise to restore vehicles to their original condition. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate technical skills and have a minimum of two years of experience in Paintless Dent Repair. Depending on dealership needs, you may be required to work a flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays.
