Job summary

Onsite Dealer Solutions is seeking a skilled Paintless Dent Repair Technician to remove dents and restore vehicle surfaces without painting. This full-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of PDR experience and proficiency with PDR tools, in a fast-paced on-site dealership setting.

You will work at automotive dealerships, with weekend availability and a flexible schedule. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven professional Paintless Dent Repair experience REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Perform paintless dent repairs on cars, trucks, SUVs, and other vehicles.
• Assess the extent of vehicle damage and determine the appropriate repair technique.
• Use specialized PDR tools to massage and reshape metal panels.
• Repair dents, dings, creases, and other minor cosmetic damage.
• Ensure all repairs meet company quality standards.
• Inspect completed repairs to ensure a high-quality finish.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding repair status and completed work.
• Stay current with PDR techniques, tools, and industry practices.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
