Job summary

Dealer Integrated Services seeks a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) technician to travel to client sites and perform dent repairs, building strong customer relationships. You will handle daily reporting and invoicing using company tools and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure client satisfaction.

The role supports from internal sales and offers growth opportunities; benefits and materials are provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of paintless dent removal experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a social security card.
• Must have a checking/savings account or a pay card with routing numbers for ACH.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to sit, bend, squat, and hold various positions for long periods.
• Criminal background check required.

• Effectively communicate with clientsregarding current projects and upcoming needs identified via daily inventory reviews
• Partner with additional departments as applicable to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain company-provided tools and additional equipment per company standards

Required Qualifications:

• 1 - 2 years of paintless dent removal experience
• Highschool diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED)
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license anda social security card

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
