Cheetah Chassis Corp located in Berwick is currently accepting applications for qualified PAINTERS capable and eager to work safely in our fast-paced manufacturing operation.

PAY

Cheetah has some of the best pay rates in the area! Qualified Painters start at $20.75/hr.

Summary Description

Cheetah Chassis is seeking a full-time Industrial Painter to join our production team. This position is responsible for applying paint and coatings to trailer components while ensuring quality standards and safety procedures are followed. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with possible overtime. This may include staying late, early starts (as early as 5:00 AM), or Friday overtime (typically no more than 8 hours, often ending by noon).

Job Duties & Responsibilities

The following duties are typical for this classification. Incumbents may not perform all of the listed duties and/or may be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth below to address business needs and changing business practices.

• Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, masking as needed)
• Apply primer and finish coats using spray equipment
• Inspect painted parts for quality and coverage
• Maintain paint equipment and keep work area clean
• Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements
• Complete pre-shift inspections and required documentation

Competencies

• Previous industrial painting experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Commitment to workplace safety
