Job summary

Senneca Holdings is hiring an experienced Painter at our HMF Express Philadelphia facility. The successful candidate will collaborate with Area Leads and the Production Supervisor to meet department standards and production schedules, handling paint from prep through finishing with attention to quality and safety.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, paying $20–$22 per hour, with company-paid Life Insurance, STD, LTD, 3 weeks PTO, holidays, parental leave, and a rich benefits package

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in industrial or auto body painting preferred.
• Familiarity with respiratory PPE and fit testing requirements is desirable.
• Proficiency in SOP, quality, and safety practices is expected.
• Knowledge of proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and manage workflows to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review and comprehend project specifications.
• Inspect for final prep and manage loading/unloading of paint and supplies, ensuring color and finish tolerances are met.
• Keep track of paint and supply inventories, and alert Lead when replenishment is needed.
• Perform quality assurance checks throughout the painting process.
• Ability to quickly learn new tasks and concepts.

We are searching for an experienced Painter at our HMF Express Philadelphia facility.

We are seeking an experienced Painter for our facility. The candidate will collaborate closely with Area Leads and the Production Supervisor to ensure department standards and production schedules are met. This role requires skilled paint application work, from preparation to the final finishing stages.

This role is Monday-Friday 7AM - 3:30pm $20-$22 an hour
