Qualifications

• Typically requires HS diploma. If no HS diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Basic computer skills; Excel, Word, Email preferred.
• Ability to operate curing oven and chart recorders preferred.
• Ability to interpret blueprints preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for priming and final painting of detail parts and final assemblies to current spec requirements.
• Maintain paint equipment, mix paint, paint control.
• Follow standard operating procedures and specifications.
• Mix paint to specified viscosity.
• Clean, assemble and adjust spray guns and equipment.
• Wash, wipe and sand parts when necessary.
• Mask and prep parts for paint as required.
• Cure parts after topcoat application.
• Operate chart recorders.
