Job summary

Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Painter / General Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair surfaces across the facility, furniture, rooms and equipment. You will perform painting, plastering, caulking and basic carpentry, and assist with plumbing and electrical tasks as needed.

The role requires 2–3 years of related maintenance experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Two (2) to three (3) years of documented work experience directly related to maintenance activities.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in hand and power tools.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Paint, maintain and repair painted, wall-covered, stained and varnished surfaces of building structures, rooms, furniture and equipment throughout the facilities.
• Prepare and paint surfaces using techniques and tools including measuring, applying spackle and plaster, mixing paint, matching paint and using brushes, rollers and spray-guns.
• Install and repair wall coverings including vinyl paper, fabric and foil wall coverings.
• Maintain and repair caulked, grouted, wood and masonry surfaces requiring staining, varnishing and lacquering.
• Manage related supply inventory.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Our luxury country club in Boca Raton is adding to its Facilities team. We are looking for a Painter / General Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for painting, maintaining and repairing surfaces of the building, furniture, rooms and equipment throughout the facility as well as responsibilities relating to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repair.

• Must have AM and PM availability
• Must be available for weekends and holidays
