Job summary

Woodfield Boca Raton is seeking a Fitness Supervisor to supervise staff and oversee fitness programming within a busy wellness center that includes a comprehensive fitness area, spa & salon operations, aquatics, and a café. The role requires an outgoing personality, strong communication, and the ability to manage and motivate teams.

Responsibilities include creating monthly schedules, staffing classes, payroll, budgeting, and coordinating services with the Fitness Manager.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays.
• Additional professional fitness teaching certifications preferred including: water aerobics, Zumba, Spinning, yoga, and/or Pilates
• Responsible for creating monthly schedules, staffing classes, payroll, and budgeting
• Must have excellent communications and customer service skills
• Ability to work as necessary, mornings, weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in hospitality, luxury resort and/or country club

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and maintain high levels of service in the Fitness center.
• Oversee fitness programming and assist in creating wellness experiences for members.
• Motivate and manage fitness staff in daily operations with the Fitness Manager and Director.
• Ensure proper sequence of service and quality standards across the fitness center.
