QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

AGE and GAMING:
21 years of age or above
Gaming property – Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Choctaw Gaming Commission.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED is required. Three (3) years’ experience in the commercial painting field to include the use of latex, oil base, and stains is required.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to patch and finishing of drywall. Must be able to repair vinyl damages. Must possess a valid Driver’s License and good driving record – with two (2) or less moving violations within a 12-month period and no DUI or suspended license within the last 3 years.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense reasoning to a variety of situations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Essential duties for this position include but not limited to the following: able to safely lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds on occasions as well as walk and stand for 90% of assigned shift. Able to work from ladders, scaffold or lift. Repetitive bending, kneeling, stooping, pushing and pulling will be required throughout shift. Exposed to hazardous chemicals.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. When on the casino floor, the noise level increases to loud. When on the casino floor or other designated areas may be subjected to tobacco smoke.
Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Associates must be able to work varying-schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
