AriensCo is seeking a motivated and experienced Assembler in Wisconsin to join our dynamic team. The role offers a starting pay of $20/hour plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus, with a 4 days/10 hour shift pattern (Mon-Thu) and early morning schedules.

You will help assemble outdoor power equipment and contribute to a culture built on core values and teamwork. Ideal candidates are able to stand long hours, lift up to 35 pounds, and use hand or power tools safely.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours daily.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs at varying frequencies.
• Capable of adhering to Standard Work and using hand/power tools.

Job Description

AriensCo is seeking a motivated and experienced Assembler. We invite you to be part of our dynamic team.

• Pay: Starts at $20/hour + $4,000 sign on bonus
• Schedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 4:30AM-2:30PM or 4:45AM-2:45PM

THE DAY TO DAY…

• Safe operation of machine and tools
• Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
• Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling outdoor power equipment
• Perform any assembly-type functions using hand or power tools
• Operates equipment needed to perform the job
• Strict adherence to standard work
• Assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals
• Ability to problem solve effectively
• Ability to communicate

The Qualifications…

• Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
• Must be able to use hands to position parts in place
• Able to lift up to 35lbs at varying frequencies
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
