Job summary

AriensCo is seeking a motivated and experienced 1st shift Machine Operator. We invite you to be part of our dynamic team.

Pay starts at $20/hour with a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Schedule is Monday - Thursday, 4 days x 10 hours, 4:30 AM - 2:30 PM. You will safely operate machines, read blueprints, and support daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Working knowledge of Blue Print reading.
• Able to stand for 8+ hours a day.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine to standard work.
• Verify parts are produced correctly with gauges.
• Complete required paperwork (In Process Verifications, production control charts).
• Interpret blueprints to produce parts to print specification.
• Assist team members to meet daily production goals.
• Problem solve effectively.

Job Description

AriensCo is seeking a motivated and experienced 1st shift Machine Operator. We invite you to be part of our dynamic team.

• Pay: Starts at $20/hour + $4,000 sign on bonus
• Schedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 4:30AM-2:30PM

THE DAY TO DAY...

• Safe operation of machine and tools
• Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
• Verify parts are being made correctly with functional gauges/devices
• Complete required paperwork (In Process Verification's, production control charts and others as required by work center)
• Proper operating techniques that do no cause machine damage and/or excessive tool wear
• Perform TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) tasks to standard work
• Operate machine or tool to standard work
• Interpret Blue prints to produce parts to print specification
• Assist team members in other areas to meet daily production goals
• Ability to problem solve effectively

The Qualifications...

• Ability to communicate effectively
• Working knowledge of Blue Print reading
• Capable of performing multiple fabrication processes adhering to standard work
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
• Must be able to use hands to position parts in place
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
• Ability to work as part of a team
